From May 10–13, 2026, the Community Transportation Association of America (CTAA) EXPO returns as one of the most important gatherings for professionals focused on community and public transportation. Damera Corporation will be participating in CTAA EXPO 2026 with the Karsan eJEST electric minibus on display.

📅 May 10–13, 2026

Damera Corporation will take part in CTAA Expo 2026 with the Karsan eJEST minibus on display

We welcome the opportunity to connect with transit professionals and agencies throughout the event — not just to introduce the vehicle, but to share what we’ve learned from real operations.

Our team will walk through how the eJEST performs in daily service:
▪️ how it behaves across different route types and demand levels
▪️ what impacts cost, reliability, and uptime over time
▪️ how charging, maintenance, and deployment are handled in practice

This is also a chance to see the vehicle up close, step inside, and understand how its design translates into actual rider and operator experience.

For agencies evaluating microtransit, paratransit, or electrification strategies, these conversations are often where ideas become clearer — and more grounded in reality.

About the Event

Hosted at the CHI Health Center Omaha, Nebraska, the event brings together transit agencies, operators, planners, policymakers, and private-sector partners to explore how mobility systems are evolving — and how they can be improved in practice.

CTAA EXPO focuses on the realities transit agencies face every day:

▪️ delivering reliable service with limited budgets
▪️ adapting to changing ridership patterns
▪️ improving accessibility across communities
▪️ integrating new technologies without disrupting operations

This is where ideas are tested against real-world conditions — and where solutions begin to take shape.

Who Should Attend CTAA EXPO?

CTAA EXPO is not defined by geography — it is defined by type of transit challenge. If your system requires flexibility, cost control, and real operational efficiency — this is the right environment.

The 2026 program reflects the full complexity of modern community transportation, with sessions covering:

▪️ technology and data integration — including AI, system mapping, and digital accessibility

▪️ microtransit and on-demand models — addressing first/last mile and low-density challenges

▪️ workforce development — recruitment, retention, and training for frontline staff

▪️ funding and financial strategy — cost management, grant alignment, and sustainability

▪️ safety and operations — risk management, fatigue awareness, and crisis response

▪️ accessibility and inclusion — improving mobility for people with disabilities, seniors, and underserved populations

Workshops are designed to be practical and actionable, helping agencies move from planning to implementation.

For example, sessions such as:

  • “The Microtransit Math” focus on making on-demand systems financially sustainable
  • technology resilience and AI adoption workshops explore how to implement innovation responsibly
  • community engagement and accessibility sessions emphasize building systems that people actually use

Unlike large global expos focused on major metropolitan systems, CTAA EXPO centers on community transportation — where flexibility, cost control, and operational efficiency are critical.

Training That Goes Deeper

Beyond standard sessions, EXPO 2026 offers intensive training programs that allow professionals to develop expertise in critical areas:

▪️ financial management for transit agencies
▪️ passenger assistance, safety, and sensitivity (PASS certification)
▪️ leadership and supervision development
▪️ strategic planning and system performance measurement

CTAA EXPO is designed for professionals who are directly involved in community and public transportation systems, particularly in environments where service must be flexible, efficient, and responsive to real-world conditions.

It brings together:

▪️ transit agencies (especially rural, regional, and small urban systems)
▪️ operators and dispatch teams
▪️ planners, engineers, and mobility managers
▪️ policymakers and funding stakeholders
▪️ private-sector partners supporting transit delivery

Unlike large, global transit events focused on major metropolitan systems, CTAA EXPO has a distinct focus on community transportation — including rural mobility, paratransit, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), and first/last-mile solutions.

Let’s Meet at CTAA EXPO

If you are attending CTAA EXPO 2026, we invite you to visit us and experience the Karsan eJEST in person.

This is one of the best opportunities to:

▪️ see how a right-sized electric vehicle fits into real operations
▪️ evaluate accessibility, layout, and rider experience firsthand
▪️ discuss how to improve service efficiency and deployment strategies

Whether you are planning new services or optimizing existing ones, these conversations can help bring clarity to your next steps.
